Sick.

I am sick, so is Mark. It is not fun. So weak, my eyes burn, my throat is on fire, my nose is running better than I do, Nyquil is my only friend right now. Going to try hot tea today, I luckily haven't thrown up as of yet which I'm ok with. Word to the wise stay away from me, and/or Mark. I don't want you to go through what we are, we'll take one for the team...thank us later. Brrrr...so chilly. :(

Y-ME

Did it last year, in the pouring rain with temperatures at like 35 degrees if I remember correctly. The good part was I raised over 1200 dollars!!! This year I made a team with some ladies from my spin classes so I'm the leader! Help me raise more than last year and help fight for a cure! Thanks..love to all! xoxo

40 days

I could use the movie as an example and give up you know what for 40 days but I don't think someone would be too keen on that idea (and neither would Mark..ahahahaha), plus I tried that many moons ago to only reach failure...Oh Jen. So my next thought was bam-alcohol, which I don't drink all that often and could easily do, but as of right now we have like 3 "activities" already on the calendar so I'd like to enjoy them with a few cold ones in hand. After much thought and consideration I've come up with:

1-NO COFFEE (OMG OMG OMFG)

2-NO JUNK FOOD (yes this includes chocolate and taste tasting my fabulous baking excursions)

There ya have it...the fun loving, energetic gal you once knew is gone or at least on hiatus till Spring.
..and to go against the trend of "giving up" stuff all the time I'm ADDING running to my agenda...at least twice a week...my 5K is coming up (more on that later)!

Might I say..

I'm not gonna go on and on about the Oscars...it was nice to watch of course especially since we had seen 4 out of the 5 best pictured movie, and yes the girl in me loved the dresses, hair, makeup, etc. And Hugh, nice work. The length of course always an issue, but come on just think if you were in those winner's shoes-you'd want your moment too...my vote-3 stars. So yeah back to the girly moment. Angelina Jolie...eh I suppose I'm a fan...still liking Brad and Jen but whatcha gonna do. But ummm her earrings....

Do I ask for them back!? Do I let her keep them?! It was one of my favorite games as a kid and I'd hate to see Taylor's disappointment when I explain where they went,why they are missing and why my game is no longer complete!.....oh sigh. Bummer.

ME tube...

Recently cruising the tube-my recent find of Arrested Development was amazing and I still play it about 6 times a day so I thought it can only go up from there! Indeed it has....

Not my phone carrier but clever and fun to watch-who doesn't love a little break out and dance moment now and then??
