Yep, for no reason I thought I would remove myself from the social networks for 24 hours. It's not easy. My friend Mick finally told me he'd take me to Hannah Montana IF I tweeted. DAMN him, so I showed my hatred for him via text message. Other than that I'm doing OK.
Soooooooo on to much more important things, why must people always complain? What's with the negativity ALL THE TIME. I mean-Yes, I do complain at times, get stressed, want to quit my job, etc...but for moments and then I'm back to my good old chippery self. I find myself more and more surrounded by unhappy people. They are never happy or at least they never act like it, always find something to complain or dislike. It's getting really hard to deal with and makes me want to distant myself from these "Debbie Downers" (DD's), and fast. :(
For example- this most recent update on Facebook. "The like" button-groovy! What better way to show someone or something your gratitude and appreciation for something in one quick click, I'm ALLLLLL for it. BUT NOOOOOO not the DD's of the world...instead some pathetically depressed and annoying person decided to make an "ADD DISLIKE BUTTON" fan page. OK seriously!?!?!? IF YOU DON'T LIKE SOMETHING JUST DON'T CLICK "like".-geeeeeze. How hard is that?? Booo, you loser you.
Sometimes I wish people would enjoy the simple things in life. When is the last time you gave a compliment, or said something or even did something nice? Or have you too just been complaining and adding to this ever growing popularity of negativity. Dude-guess what? It's not cool and not one bit attractive.
Here's an idea, try focusing on stuff you do like and ignore the stuff you don't.
And here-SMILE and Awwww for a sec :)
More here-Puppies.
